wave of new, high speed Wi-Fi internet access that is having such an enormous
impact in the broadband marketplace of today. The company will provide
new-rage, very broadband Wireless Internet Access to an, "as-of-yet-untouched,"
sector of high demand customers.

Dot11 Networks was founded in 2003 by four career telecommunications
specialists who saw a need and opportunity to fill the gaps in high speed
internet connectivity that exist around the US. Utilizing over 80 years of
combined experience in designing, optimizing, building, and managing wireless
networks in many parts of the world, Dot11 is poised to become the nations
largest wireless internet service provider.
founders
Robert Olive - President
Mr. Olive combines a scientific background in mathematics, physics, and
electrical engineering with an incisive experience base in engineering and
network deployment, project management and business management in wireless
telecommunications. Specific experience in both government research and
commercial development arenas includes: the United States Navy, Department of
Energy, Rockwell International, Fluor Daniel Telecomm, Carlson Technologies,
Flow Dynamics Inc. and Webtel Wireless Inc. Specific wireless network
deployment experience includes the first-ever Next Wave PCS CDMA deployment as
Project Manager in San Diego as well as technical resource management on behalf
of Mobile Systems International for network deployments in Tampa and Kansas
City. Recently, Mr. Olive served as a consultant to a variety of PCS save-
license deployments in the southwest and also as a consultant for wireless
business planning. Mr. Olive holds dual bachelor degrees in mathematics and
physics from Northern Arizona University, a Masters degree in applied
mathematics from Northern Arizona University, and a Masters degree in
Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
Terry Cory - VP Engineering
Mr. Cory has an extensive background in wireless communications, spanning in
excess of 30 years. His chronological experience background includes work for
Collins Radio Company, Stanford University & Stanford Research Institute,
private engineering practice in wireless communications; and, more recently
with AT&T Wireless, Fluor Daniel Telecomm, Carlson Technologies, Bellcore,
and Nsighttel services. Mr. Cory has had experience in small business startup
and operations as CEO of CORMA Resources in Cedar Rapids IA during the 1980?s,
and currently as President and co-founder of Wave Concepts International. At
Wave Concepts, Mr. Cory has been instrumental in developing and extending the
system application technology and operational performance simulation algorithms
for the Athena suite of RF Planning tools. During the last three years Mr. Cory
has had extensive technical experience in planning and implementing both new
PCS CDMA networks and CDMA cellular upgrades in Iowa, South Dakota, and
Minnesota. Mr. Cory holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in Electrical
Engineering from North Dakota State University, and the degree of Engineer in
Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Ling Fong - VP Business Development
Mr. Fong has a balanced background in high-level wireless RF engineering,
international business development, and in small business management. Following
graduation with a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia
Institute of Technology, Mr. Fong participated in a variety of large market
cellular network designs as well as radio and radio component design for
wireless communications. Periodically, Mr. Fong served as an independent
consultant for various U.S. companies working in Hong Kong and China. Mr.
Fong?s particular experience includes Motorola, E.F. Johnson in equipment
design, LA Cellular, Fluor Daniel Telecomm, and Carlson Technologies in
wireless network RF engineering, and UBTelecommunications as founder and
Univance Telecommunications as Engineering Vice President. Currently, Mr. Fong
is currently working to introduce a line of electro-technology products
manufactured in China to the United States.
Cameron Crum - VP Operations
Mr. Crum brings a diverse skill set to the group having not only designed and
optimized hundreds of wireless communications sites in three different
countries, but also co-founded Wave Concepts International, an engineering
consulting and software company. Mr. Crum has additional particular experience
at Sprint Cellular, Fluor Daniel Telecom, Mobile Systems Intentional,
Carlson Technologies, and Agilent Technologies. In addition to his duties at
Dot11 Networks, Mr. Crum currently serves as CTO, RF Engineering Manager, and
Product Manager for Wave Concepts. Mr. Crum holds a Bachelors of Science degree
in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
