flexible pricing plans to suit your needs

Dot11 Networks works with multi-tenant management to make design, installation, and maintenance affordable. This includes equipment, materials, labor, and any permitting fees required for our standard outdooror indoor installations. Our standard installation requires placing a small number of "access points"(AP's) outdoors or indoors on your property. These AP's will may often consist of a steel pole similar to a light pole with antennas mounted to them to provide coverage over your entire property or attic mounted antennas to cover multiple units. This includes not only the tenant units, but also the common areas of the complex such as pools, laundry areas, workout rooms, and clubhouses. Subscribers can access the internet with a WiFi enabled computing device from anywhere in the complex. Attempts will be made to utilize existing poles and/or structures.

free service plan

This service offering is free of charge to the apartment complex owners/management. For this service Dot11 only requires permission from you to install our equipment on your property. After installation is complete and the network is tested, we will then market the service directly to your tenants. All we ask in return is that you promote our service to your tenants.

wholesale service plan

With our hassle free wholesale service offering, Dot11 makes you a money making partner. Under this service agreement, Dot11 will charge the property owners/managers a wholesale monthly rate based on the size of the complex. With this reduced rate, there are many possibilities:

Marking the service up to a competitive retail rate and make money
Offering the service as a built in amenity
Offering free service as a promotional "give away" (it's cheaper than free rent!)
Dot11 Networks will install the network and provide the service and technical support for your tenants. You just sit back and reap the rewards.
